- Experience in Orthopaedics: Familiarity with Orthopaedic practices and management software is advantageous.
- Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication abilities to interact professionally with patients and staff.
- Deadline Orientation: Meet deadlines and perform well under pressure with minimal oversight.
- Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of accuracy in all tasks.
- Discretion and Judgment: Exercise sound judgment and confidentiality in all interactions.
- Educational Background: High School Diploma or equivalent; bilingual candidates (Spanish) are encouraged.
- Reliability: Demonstrate punctuality and dependability.
- Provide a warm and professional greeting to all callers.
- Manage all call center operations, including answering and directing calls, responding to voicemails, and returning patient calls.
- Coordinate appointments for new patients and assist with rescheduling or canceling existing appointments.
- Create and maintain patient records and accounts.
- Ensure a welcoming and organized reception area for patients.
This position is full-time, operating Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM. Benefits include paid holidays, paid time off, health insurance, and retirement plans.
