In this position, you will be responsible for conducting Treatment Presentations to ensure patients fully comprehend their prescribed treatments aimed at improving their oral health, alongside coordinating financial arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Treatment Presentations to clarify a patient's Treatment Plan, including the coordination of financial arrangements and insurance benefits, ensuring the patient's comprehension and acceptance of the proposed treatment.
- Schedule necessary appointments for dental care throughout all stages of a patient's Treatment Plan.
- Assist the Practice Manager and Patient Coordinator with daily administrative tasks at the front desk.
- Provide outstanding service to meet and exceed patient expectations.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times, in line with our company's Culture Guide and Values, while interacting with patients and team members.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- High School Diploma (or equivalent) is required.
- A minimum of two years of experience in customer-facing Dental Treatment Coordination is essential.
- Strong written and verbal communication, listening, and organizational skills are required.
- Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment with a positive attitude.
- Familiarity with dental insurance plans and dental terminology is preferred.
