Job Overview

In this position, you will be responsible for conducting Treatment Presentations to ensure patients fully comprehend their prescribed treatments aimed at improving their oral health, alongside coordinating financial arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Treatment Presentations to clarify a patient's Treatment Plan, including the coordination of financial arrangements and insurance benefits, ensuring the patient's comprehension and acceptance of the proposed treatment.
  • Schedule necessary appointments for dental care throughout all stages of a patient's Treatment Plan.
  • Assist the Practice Manager and Patient Coordinator with daily administrative tasks at the front desk.
  • Provide outstanding service to meet and exceed patient expectations.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times, in line with our company's Culture Guide and Values, while interacting with patients and team members.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

  • High School Diploma (or equivalent) is required.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in customer-facing Dental Treatment Coordination is essential.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, listening, and organizational skills are required.
  • Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment with a positive attitude.
  • Familiarity with dental insurance plans and dental terminology is preferred.
