Job Overview

Position – Client Support Associate

Location – Remote

Duration – 6 Months+

Compensation - $16 - $18.32 per hour

Position Summary: The primary objective of this role is to serve as a liaison for our organization, delivering exceptional assistance to our clients, evaluated through established performance metrics. Responsibilities are typically routine, necessitating minimal analysis and individual discretion. Key responsibilities include managing incoming and outgoing communications and addressing client inquiries effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding client support by handling outbound communications and/or emails and chat, prioritizing and addressing client inquiries, processing orders, and responding to technical questions related to products.
  • Identify and resolve client issues and concerns promptly.
  • Oversee client follow-ups, ensuring timely progress of pending requests and maintaining communication.
  • Execute additional tasks within the client support division or other departments as required.
  • Uphold a tidy and organized workspace.
  • Adhere to all organizational policies, regulations, and safety protocols.

Physical Requirements:

  • Regularly sit for the duration of the work shift.
  • Occasionally required to bend, climb, or maintain balance.
  • Coordinated use of hands and fingers for grasping, feeling objects, transferring small items, fine manipulation, and reaching.
  • Ability to utilize close vision, color vision, depth perception, and adjust focus as needed.

Work Environment:

  • Dynamic, office-like setting.
  • Frequent collaboration with colleagues.
  • The ambient noise level is generally quiet.

Safety and Ergonomic Standards:

  • Must consistently practice safe work habits and report any hazardous conditions immediately.
  • Required to wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as necessary.
  • Participate in all mandated safety training sessions.
  • Engage in daily ergonomic exercises and comply with all ergonomic guidelines for the role.
  • Follow all personal appearance standards as per the established dress code and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience and/or training is required.
