Position Overview: The main objective of this role is to serve as a liaison for our organization, delivering exceptional assistance to our clients, evaluated through established performance metrics. Responsibilities typically involve routine tasks that require minimal analysis and individual discretion. Key responsibilities include managing incoming and outgoing communications and addressing client inquiries effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional client service by handling outbound communications and/or electronic messages, prioritizing and addressing client inquiries, processing orders, and resolving technical questions related to our services.
- Identify and resolve client issues and concerns promptly.
- Oversee client follow-ups, ensuring timely progress of outstanding requests and maintaining communication with clients.
- Assist with additional tasks within the customer support division or other departments as needed.
- Ensure a tidy and organized workspace.
- Adhere to all organizational policies, regulations, and safety protocols.
Physical Requirements:
- Regularly sit for the entirety of the work shift.
- Occasionally required to bend, climb, or maintain balance.
- Coordinated use of hands and fingers for grasping, feeling objects, transferring small items, fine manipulation, and reaching with both arms.
- Utilize close vision, color perception, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Work Environment:
- Dynamic office setting.
- Frequent collaboration with colleagues.
- The office environment is generally quiet.
Safety and Ergonomic Standards:
- Must consistently practice safe work habits and report any hazardous conditions immediately.
- Required to wear appropriate personal protective equipment while in designated areas, including safety eyewear and closed-toe footwear.
- Participate in all mandatory safety training sessions.
- Engage in daily ergonomic exercises and comply with all ergonomic standards of the role.
- Follow all personal appearance guidelines as per the established dress code and safety requirements.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience and/or training is required.
Communication Skills:
- Proficient in telephone and electronic communication etiquette.
- Active listening abilities.
- Familiarity with digital communication platforms.
