Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SCUBA Program Manager to join our team at DiVentures Aquatic Training Center. As a key member of our dive operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving revenue growth through our SCUBA programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience: Build strong relationships with customers, providing personalized service and ensuring a positive experience throughout their SCUBA journey.
  • Program Development: Collaborate with our SCUBA Program Director to develop and implement new dive programs, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Revenue Growth: Work closely with our sales team to optimize course scheduling, pricing, and promotions to drive revenue growth and increase customer conversion rates.
  • Team Management: Supervise and mentor our DiVentures Dive Professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet our high standards of customer service and dive operations.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns to promote our SCUBA programs and drive customer engagement.
Requirements
  • SCUBA Certification: Hold a valid SCUBA certification and have a minimum of 2 years of experience in dive operations.
  • Customer Service: Possess excellent customer service skills and a strong ability to build relationships with customers.
  • Communication: Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with our sales, marketing, and dive operations teams.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive revenue growth.
