- Education: Bachelor's degree in a clinical healthcare, risk management, business, finance, or a related field required. Master's degree in health information management, nursing, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: Five or more years' experience in a risk management position. One or more years' supervisory experience required.
- Certifications: CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification required.
