  • Develop and Implement Quality Assurance and Process Improvement Programs: Develop and implement quality assurance and process improvement programs to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
  • Provide Leadership and Guidance: Provide leadership and guidance to risk management staff to ensure the effective implementation of risk management strategies.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a clinical healthcare, risk management, business, finance, or a related field required. Master's degree in health information management, nursing, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: Five or more years' experience in a risk management position. One or more years' supervisory experience required.
  • Certifications: CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification required.
