ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a Program Launch Associate Manager to play a pivotal role in our organization. This position focuses on overseeing new product introductions, enhancements, and line extensions, making it an excellent opportunity for those looking to engage in tactical execution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Leadership and Development: Manage and execute intricate projects, ensuring adherence to budget, timeline, and performance metrics. Provide guidance to cross-functional teams and senior executives, exemplifying leadership within Portfolio and Program Management.
  • Innovation: Spearhead the innovation process, facilitating essential activities and communication with senior leadership. Demonstrate creativity in exploring new methodologies and technical insights.
  • Proactive Problem Solving: Anticipate potential challenges and implement solutions within projects and programs. Ensure contingency plans are established and lead risk management efforts related to business deliverables.
  • Team Building: Set clear goals and expectations while keeping team members informed of progress. Cultivating engagement among team members is vital for achieving success.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred, along with experience in R&D, Engineering, Operations, or Business Management within a Consumer-Packaged Goods environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to convey complex information to diverse audiences.
  • Strong negotiation and alignment skills are essential.
  • Experience in innovation management as a functional team member is highly valued.
  • People management and leadership experience is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with agile project management methodologies is preferred.
