Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at Agiliti Health. As a Medical Equipment Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering and managing medical equipment to healthcare facilities across the country.

Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Delivery and Management: Safely load, secure, and deliver medical equipment to customers, and retrieve equipment from customer locations.
  • Customer Engagement: Educate and engage customers at the time of delivery, keeping them informed on the features and functionality of the equipment.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Complete all paperwork and data entry accurately and in a timely manner to ensure accurate documentation for billing, inventory, and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
  • Age and Education: Be 21 years of age or older, with a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Driver's License: Hold a current, valid, and unrestricted driver's license, with a safe driving record based on Agiliti Health policies.
  • Customer Service Experience: Have customer service experience, with prior work experience in a hospital setting being helpful.
  • Computer Skills: Have basic computer skills.
  • Physical Demands: Be able to lift and/or push up to 75 pounds, and stand and walk for long periods of time.
