Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve billing issues, amend policies, and provide coverage advice to policyholders.
- Policy Administration: Track and update policy information, make accurate modifications to consumer policies, and maintain accurate records.
- Communication: Establish and maintain effective communication with clients, potential clients, and companies we represent, both verbally and in writing.
- Team Support: Collaborate with teammates to provide follow-up support to clients and prospects, and assist with other office duties as needed.
- Research and Resolution: Research and resolve coverage questions, and provide prompt responses to client needs.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Language: Fluency in Spanish, written and spoken, is required.
- Skills: Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills, with prior work experience in a customer-facing position or customer service role.
- Software: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and a calculator.
- License: Property and Casualty license preferred, but not required.
