Key Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, potential clients, and companies we represent, providing personalized support and guidance.
- Policy Support: Research and resolve coverage questions, provide accurate policy information, and make modifications to consumer policies as needed.
- Communication and Correspondence: Promptly respond to client needs, either in-person or electronically, and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
- Business Development: Cultivate new opportunities and offer additional lines of insurance through consultative selling, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of our products and services.
- Administrative Support: Assist with office duties, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in Spanish, written and spoken.
- Location: Must live within driving distance of our office location in Fullerton, CA, and have reliable transportation.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and a calculator, with basic knowledge of customer database systems.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Insurance Knowledge: A general understanding of insurance policies and schedules is preferred.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills, with a patient, respectful, and reliable approach.
- Property and Casualty License: Preferred, but not required (must be obtained within the first 60 days of employment).
- Insurance Industry Experience: Previous experience working in the insurance industry is a bonus.
