Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for designated client accounts, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Order Management: Manage incoming and outgoing orders through our Warehouse System, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
  • Documentation and Billing: Handle documentation and billing for storage services, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Schedule appointments and communicate with clients to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Warehouse Support: Assist warehouse staff in resolving issues and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Reporting and Administration: Generate reports for management and clients as needed, and maintain accurate records and files.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience in a Warehouse/Manufacturing environment and at least 1 year of experience in a Customer Service role.
  • Skills: Proficient with computers, strong command of the English language, excellent communication skills, and a professional demeanor.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Language: Bilingual in Spanish a plus.
