Key Responsibilities- Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for designated client accounts, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Order Management: Manage incoming and outgoing orders through our Warehouse System, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
- Documentation and Billing: Handle documentation and billing for storage services, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Appointment Scheduling: Schedule appointments and communicate with clients to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Warehouse Support: Assist warehouse staff in resolving issues and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
- Reporting and Administration: Generate reports for management and clients as needed, and maintain accurate records and files.
- Experience: Previous experience in a Warehouse/Manufacturing environment and at least 1 year of experience in a Customer Service role.
- Skills: Proficient with computers, strong command of the English language, excellent communication skills, and a professional demeanor.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Language: Bilingual in Spanish a plus.
