Position Summary

  • This role involves providing expert guidance in program and project management with a focus on process enhancement and standards governance.
  • Acts as the primary liaison between enterprise program management and IT, overseeing the planning and execution of initiatives related to program management standards.
  • Responsible for organizing, leading, and facilitating cross-functional project teams to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Develops key performance indicators that measure the adoption of standards and identifies areas for future enhancements.

Work Arrangement

This position operates in a hybrid model, allowing for remote work alongside in-office collaboration.

Compensation Overview

  • The salary range for this position reflects the company's good faith estimate at the time of posting.
  • Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors including skills, education, experience, and market conditions.
  • The successful candidate may also be eligible for discretionary incentive compensation programs.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in IT business processes.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI.
  • SAFe Agilist certification.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ITIL Foundation certification.
  • Familiarity with Project Portfolio Management tools such as Planisware.

Salary Range: $100,000 - $180,000 per annum.

Note: Starting pay may vary based on geography, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications.
