Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert guidance in program and project management, focusing on process enhancement and standards governance.
  • Act as the primary liaison between enterprise program management and IT departments.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams to ensure successful implementation of management standards.
  • Develop metrics to assess the adoption of standards and identify areas for future improvements.

Essential Duties:

  • Collaborate with the enterprise program management team to create and implement project management standards tailored for IT.
  • Execute change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions within the organization.
  • Establish a community of practice for program and project management, promoting excellence across the organization.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, providing recommendations for process improvements.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in IT business processes.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI.
  • SAFe Agilist certification.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ITIL Foundation certification.
  • Experience with Project Portfolio Management tools, such as Planisware.
