Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert guidance in program and project management, focusing on process enhancement and standards governance.
- Act as the primary liaison between enterprise program management and IT departments.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams to ensure successful implementation of management standards.
- Develop metrics to assess the adoption of standards and identify areas for future improvements.
Essential Duties:
- Collaborate with the enterprise program management team to create and implement project management standards tailored for IT.
- Execute change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions within the organization.
- Establish a community of practice for program and project management, promoting excellence across the organization.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, providing recommendations for process improvements.
Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in IT business processes.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI.
- SAFe Agilist certification.
Preferred Qualifications:
- ITIL Foundation certification.
- Experience with Project Portfolio Management tools, such as Planisware.
