Role Summary

  • This position entails offering internal program and project management expertise, focusing on process enhancement and standards governance.
  • Act as the primary liaison between enterprise program management and IT, planning and executing initiatives related to program management standards.
  • Organize, lead, and facilitate cross-functional project teams to achieve objectives.
  • Develop metrics to assess standard adoption and identify future improvement opportunities.

Work Arrangement

  • This role operates in a hybrid model, requiring attendance at the office two days a week.

Compensation Overview

  • The salary range for this position is reflective of the company's good faith estimate at the time of posting.
  • Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors, including skills, education, experience, and market conditions.
  • The successful candidate's placement within the salary range will be evaluated on an individual basis.
  • This position is also eligible for participation in discretionary incentive compensation programs.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in IT business processes.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI.
  • SAFe Agilist certification.

Preferred:

  • ITIL Foundation certification.
  • Experience with Project Portfolio Management tools such as Planisware.

Salary Range:
The hourly rate for this position is between $100,000 and $180,000.
