Position Summary
The role involves extracting operational data for comprehensive analysis, providing support to leadership, and addressing various data requests. The incumbent will be responsible for maintaining operational tools and databases, ensuring they are current and functional. This position also focuses on developing, maintaining, and enhancing operational metric database tools for the analytics teams, identifying and resolving gaps in data requirements to facilitate quick and consistent responses to leadership inquiries.
Job Responsibilities
- Serve as a thought leader, utilizing extensive expertise in data processing and analysis to formulate strategies or resolve intricate data challenges. Develop highly complex automated data routines and processes for reporting and data delivery, ensuring precise data manipulation and cleansing.
- Lead the team and provide guidance to junior staff members.
- Utilize advanced statistical tools to analyze data, producing complex ad hoc reports, statistics, trends, and profiles.
- Create detailed reports and analyses addressing long-term, company-wide challenges. Effectively present and communicate clear, concise, and actionable data analyses to stakeholders.
- Oversee the extraction and transfer of data from databases to various analysts to support operational analysis initiatives.
- Manage significant and complex cross-functional data projects with broad implications for the company.
- Handle intricate data analysis projects with minimal supervision, from initial request to presenting data results, ensuring completion within budget and on schedule.
- Collaborate with Senior Management to formulate business strategies, leveraging data for informed decision-making.
Qualifications
Minimum:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 8 years of job-related experience.
Desired:
- Master's Degree or equivalent experience.
