Position Summary

  • This role involves providing expert guidance in program and project management, focusing on process enhancement and standards governance.
  • Acts as the primary liaison between enterprise program management and IT, planning and executing initiatives related to program management standards.
  • Responsible for organizing, leading, and facilitating cross-functional project teams to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Develops key performance indicators that offer insights into standard adoption and identifies opportunities for future enhancements.

Work Arrangement

  • This position allows for a hybrid work model, combining remote work with in-office collaboration on designated days.

Compensation Overview

  • Sunrise Systems Inc. provides a salary range that reflects our good faith estimate for this position at the time of posting.
  • The compensation range is tailored to the job's locality, and actual salary will depend on various factors, including skills, education, certifications, experience, market conditions, and internal equity.
  • The final salary decision will be made on an individual basis, considering these factors.
  • This position is also eligible for participation in discretionary incentive compensation programs.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in IT business processes.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI.
  • SAFe Agilist certification.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ITIL Foundation certification.
  • Familiarity with Project Portfolio Management tools such as Planisware.

Salary Range:
The hourly rate for this position is $100,000 - $180,000.
