Job Title: IT SAP Functional Analyst UIPlanner

We are seeking a highly skilled IT SAP Functional Analyst UIPlanner to join our SAP Electric Ops Work Management Delivery organization at Rose International, a leading provider of technology solutions.

Department Overview

Our organization is a unified team of experts who collaborate to deliver high-quality technology solutions. We are responsible for strategic technology planning, roadmap development, solution design, solution delivery, and solution support.

Position Summary

The IT SAP Functional Analyst UIPlanner will be responsible for configuring, implementing, maintaining, and upgrading UIPlanner all modules. This role requires a strong understanding of business requirements, functional design documents, and UIPlanner system configuration and localization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Support and Consulting:
    • Define standard processes in UIPlanner and drive adaptation in Finance areas.
    • Analyze end-to-end complex business processes across all modules within UIPlanner.
    • Understand in detail the current and future business environment of the business organizations.
    • Identify, propose, and influence IT solutions to complex cross-organizational business problems.
  • Functional Analysis:
    • Automate/optimize UIPlanner system.
    • Map business requirements to SAP S4 / SAP BW4HANA system capabilities and configure to meet requirements.
    • Review design and technical specification documents for alignment with business solution.
    • Perform UIPlanner configuration and do quality review and testing activities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 10 years of experience in Information Technology.
  • 8 years of experience as a Functional Analyst in UIPlanner system.
Desirable Skills
  • Creating checks and balances to prevent data issues in automated processes.
  • Month-End Close Processes.
  • UIPlanner Integration Tools.
  • SDLC and Integration Best Practices/ETL processes.
  • Expertise in UIPlanner Financial Model.
  • Experience managing IT transformation and software implementation projects.
  • Expertise in SQL and Database architecture for UIPlanner interfaces.
