Job Responsibilities- Manage the full cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to hiring and onboarding candidates for various roles within the organization.
- Develop creative strategies to proactively source candidates through multiple channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
- Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and help them develop effective job descriptions.
- Conduct phone screens, in-person interviews, and technical assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit with the company culture.
- Promote the company's brand to attract top talent, including participation in recruitment events, job fairs, and online recruitment marketing.
- Use recruitment metrics and analytics to monitor recruitment success and optimize recruitment strategies.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Ensure recruitment practices comply with local labor laws and internal company policies.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting, sourcing strategies, and employer branding.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting software.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in recruiting for marketing, operations/supply chain, digital, e-commerce, social, and finance roles is preferred.
