Sales Development Representative

ASI Computer Technologies is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join their team in Edison, New Jersey. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and revenue for the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless sales execution and customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 1-2 years of sales experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
