Spartan Staffing Solutions is currently seeking a skilled Territory Sales Representative to join their team in the heavy equipment industry. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Travel to visit current and prospective customers to demonstrate equipment and assess their specific needs.
  • Prepare and send product specification and quotation packages to customers.
  • Make follow-up calls and prepare emails to address customer inquiries.
  • Attend industry events, seminars, and trade shows to increase exposure of company products.
  • Remain current on industry trends, challenges, and changes.
  • Maintain contact with customers before, during, and after each sale to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Must have experience in equipment industry sales.
  • Strong relationship building skills and ability to communicate effectively with individuals and groups.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and be able to operate equipment and drive a company vehicle.
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
