Job Title: Manager, Development Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Manager, Development Operations to join our team at Latinos for Education. This role will play a critical part in ensuring the success of our development efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain accurate development tracking in Salesforce, ensuring proper tracking across all development portfolios.
  • Generate development and deliverables reports in Salesforce, providing valuable insights to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Support the development team in prospect research, vetting prospective individual, corporate, or foundation donors.
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure internal meetings with fundraisers have updated agendas and track next steps.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather data, stories, documents, and financial information for funder proposals and reports.
  • Coordinate the timely and accurate submission of proposals and reports.
  • Collaborate with the development team to create or update collateral used in funder meetings.
  • Collaborate with development team on donor stewardship projects as needed.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in development operations for a mission-driven organization.
  • Proficient in CRM management, with a demonstrated ability to manage development data, create reports, and optimize system functionality to support fundraising efforts.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple initiatives, ensuring effective collaboration and timely execution.
  • Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing internal and external meetings, with attention to detail and follow-through on action items.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate insights from data, support strategic decision-making, and drive process improvements in development operations.
