About the Role

The Bridgespan Group is seeking a highly skilled Development Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will play a critical role in driving our fundraising strategy and operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with our Chief Operating Officer and senior leaders to drive our fundraising strategy and operations.
  • Manage a team of two and oversee all funder cultivation, proposals, reporting, and stewardship.
  • Provide fundraising coaching and skill development to Bridgespan leaders.
  • Define and enable operational excellence, efficiency, and rigor in implementing our development team's fundraising priorities.
  • Establish and improve data management and standard processes, leveraging tech solutions to support key business processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • ~10 years of relevant experience with development operations, including implementation and management of systems to track, measure, and monitor donor giving and engagement.
  • ~Prior experience working with institutional donors or similar constituency requiring high-touch and ongoing management and stewardship.
  • ~Demonstrated project management skills with experience planning, executing, and completing multiple complex projects.
  • ~Ability to draft and refine grant proposals and reports.
  • ~Experience working with CRM databases such as Microsoft Dynamics and proficiency in using technology to retrieve, analyze, and collate data from multiple sources.
