About the RoleWe are looking for a seasoned Software Development Manager with a strong background in distributed systems design, software engineering, and leadership. You will be responsible for:
- Leading a team of software engineers in developing and delivering HPC products and services
- Defining and implementing engineering practices and patterns for the full software/hardware/networks development life cycle
- Communicating with users, other technical teams, and senior leadership to collect requirements and describe software product features
- Recruiting, hiring, mentoring, and managing teams of software engineers to improve their skills and make them more effective
