Job Title: Donor Recruitment Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Donor Recruitment Account Manager to join our team at the American Red Cross. As a key member of our Donor Recruitment team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract, manage, and retain potential blood drive sponsors and feeder groups to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual collection goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop creative strategies to attract and retain potential blood drive sponsors and feeder groups.
  • Provide operational support to sponsor contacts to ensure achievement of collection goals.
  • Coordinate activities with collections personnel to ensure a positive sponsor and donor experience.
  • Schedule and implement education programs for sponsor contacts, recruitment committees, and volunteer Telerecruiters.
  • Maintain accurate records in the system to provide tracking and statistical data on sponsor group performance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • 1 year of related experience preferred or equivalent combination of education and related experience required.
  • Knowledge of group dynamics, direct sales, customer maintenance techniques, negotiation skills, and ability to implement programs.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including training and presentation skills.
  • A current valid driver's license and good driving record.
