Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strong relationships with donors, listening to their stories and providing personalized support
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a friendly and inclusive environment, ensuring donors feel valued and appreciated
  • Ensure accurate and efficient blood collection, adhering to regulatory requirements and safety protocols
  • May drive Red Cross vehicles and assist with setup and teardown of equipment at donation sites
What You'll Need
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Customer service experience and effective communication skills essential
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record required
  • Ability to lift, push, or pull heavy weights, and adapt to long, irregular hours and frequent schedule changes
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior healthcare or phlebotomy experience (CNA, MA, EMT, etc.)
  • Prior leadership experience
