Job Title: Administrative Clerk

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Clerk to join our team at The Caring Place Thrift Store in Miami, FL.

Job Summary:

The Administrative Clerk will provide clerical support and dispatch responsibilities as directed by the Office Manager. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Office Manager and other team members
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of donations and dispatch schedules
  • Prepare reports and documentation as required
  • Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Assist with resolving donor problems and scheduling donations pickup
  • Enter data into computer systems to record daily sales reports and other relevant information
  • Prepare documentation letters and forms as requested by the supervisor
  • Participate in devotions, prayers, or other ministry activities as needed
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • 1 year of clerical or customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
