Job Overview

Inkspirenize is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, this role plays a crucial part in delivering a professional, friendly, and efficient customer service experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greeting and Welcoming: Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression of our company.
  • Communication and Coordination: Answer and direct phone calls promptly and accurately, handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries, and coordinate appointments and meetings.
  • Information Provision: Provide general information about the company, products, and services to visitors, and handle queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Administrative Support: Assist in managing office supplies and inventory, and support other departments with clerical duties when needed.
Requirements
  • Education and Certification: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, with a professional appearance and attitude.
