Human Resources Director

HC&N Healthcare Solutions is seeking a seasoned Human Resources Director to lead our HR team in Nashville, TN. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Benefits and Leave Administration: Ensure compliance with FMLA and other federal and state laws governing benefits and leave.
  • Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment and resolve employee conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
  • On-boarding: Develop and implement a comprehensive on-boarding program to ensure new hires are properly trained and integrated into the team.
  • Compliance: Stay up-to-date on federal and state laws and regulations governing HR and payroll.
  • Payroll Duties: Oversee time and attendance entry, payroll register audit and review, and ensure compliance with federal and state laws.
  • Recruitment Duties: Develop and implement a recruitment strategy to attract top talent, manage job postings, review resumes, and conduct interviews.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 2+ years of HR management experience, including recruiting and payroll processing, in the nursing home field.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations, including FMLA.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.

Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000 plus 90-day bonus and more. HC&N Healthcare Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
