Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of People and Culture to lead our Human Resources function and drive initiatives that foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture. As a key member of the leadership team, the Director of People and Culture will play a crucial role in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with organizational goals, enhance employee engagement, and support the overall success of the company.
Responsibilities- Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement human resources strategies aligned with the overall business objectives.
- Talent Acquisition and Management: Oversee the talent acquisition process, ensuring the recruitment and onboarding of top talent.
- Employee Engagement: Design and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and well-being.
- Culture and Diversity: Foster an inclusive and positive workplace culture that reflects the organization's values.
- Performance Management: Lead the performance management process, including goal setting, regular check-ins, and performance evaluations.
- Learning and Development: Develop and oversee learning and development programs that align with employee and organizational needs.
- Employee Relations: Provide guidance on employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- HR Compliance: Stay informed about employment laws and regulations and ensure HR practices are compliant.
- Compensation and Benefits: Collaborate with the finance team to design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Communication and Change Management: Lead internal communication initiatives to keep employees informed about organizational changes, initiatives, and updates.
- Education and Experience: Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic mindset with the ability to align HR initiatives with broader business objectives.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated leadership and management skills.
- Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Change Management: Proven experience in change management and leading teams through organizational transitions.
