Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and resolve customer service inquiries within your assigned area.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct safety inspections in the field to ensure compliance.
  • Address warranty claims directly at customer locations.
  • Deliver detailed proposals and consultations to clients.
  • Represent the company positively while operating the company vehicle.
  • Develop and expand your sales territory effectively.
  • Assist in organizing and participating in company trade shows.
  • Build and maintain relationships with referral partners.
  • Implement the company’s marketing strategies effectively.
  • Contribute to the overall business operations as required.
  • Maintain the company vehicle to the highest standards.
  • Follow up diligently on unclosed quotes.
  • Engage in local networking groups to generate leads.
  • Ensure accurate data entry into the company CRM system.
