Mission Statement:

Your primary objective will be to enhance our marketing and sales initiatives through insightful data analysis, process enhancement, and the integration of advanced technologies. You will serve as the go-to expert for leadership seeking clarity on key performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate comprehensive reports and analyses on all top-of-funnel activities, focusing on metrics such as conversion rates, customer acquisition cost (CAC), return on investment (ROI), and more.
  • Evaluate campaign performance data to maximize marketing expenditures and promote sustainable revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with various departments to streamline marketing systems and tools, ensuring measurable progress.
  • Act as the operational backbone, translating the marketing team's creative concepts into quantifiable, actionable insights.
  • Establish strong relationships with management across the organization, becoming their trusted source for data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing operations or a comparable role.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Slides.
  • Demonstrated expertise in HubSpot, encompassing both CRM and marketing automation functionalities.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, with a knack for transforming complex datasets into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • A meticulous approach, emphasizing process improvement and automation.
