Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Assist in the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies aligned with business goals, solution portfolios, and market opportunities.
  • Market & Competitive Intelligence: Leverage analysis of market trends, customer behaviors, and competitive landscapes to inform integrated positioning, messaging, and campaign strategies.
  • Customer Journey: Utilize and refine target personas, buyer needs, and purchasing decision processes through comprehensive research, data analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Messaging & Positioning: Adapt and enhance content assets to effectively differentiate our solutions in the market. Ensure consistent and compelling messaging across various channels.
  • Campaign Leadership: Support the execution of high-impact marketing campaigns based on data insights. Oversee the marketing calendar and ensure campaigns are executed effectively and on time.
  • Event Strategy: Assist in the development of event strategies, including education and content plans for both company-hosted events and tradeshows.
  • Marketing Analytics: Assist in leading the establishment of comprehensive marketing metrics and actively evaluating post-activity outcomes. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, fostering strong relationships to ensure alignment and success in achieving marketing objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in marketing or related roles.
  • In-depth knowledge of integrated marketing strategy across multiple channels.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills for crafting compelling marketing materials.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of marketing analytics/metrics, with a track record of leveraging data in decision-making.
  • Ability to work successfully in a hybrid environment with in-office expectations of two days per week.
