We are in search of a Senior Marketing Operations Manager to spearhead operational excellence within Pattern's Marketing division. This individual will be instrumental in refining and optimizing our marketing workflows, ensuring the flawless execution and monitoring of campaigns throughout the customer journey. This position is a full-time role within the Corporate Marketing division, reporting directly to the Head of Growth Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with diverse teams to strategize, implement, and evaluate marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives.
  • Examine marketing processes across the customer journey, pinpointing inefficiencies and areas for enhancement, and executing solutions for improved effectiveness.
  • Centralize Pattern's marketing technology stack around Marketo, preparing for scalability, data integrity, and speed.
  • Create and uphold documentation for marketing procedures, guidelines, and best practices to guarantee uniformity and knowledge dissemination.
  • Track key performance indicators and produce reports and insights into campaign success and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Marketing, Statistics, Data Science, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing operations, campaign management, and/or process enhancement.
  • Technical proficiency in managing marketing technologies, including automation platforms, data analytics tools, and customer segmentation software.
  • A strong commitment to quality control and user experience in marketing operations-supported processes.
  • Exceptional project management skills to coordinate intricate, multi-faceted marketing initiatives on schedule and within scope.
  • Strong collaboration abilities to foster trust with cross-functional teams.

Team Dynamics:

The Corporate Marketing division comprises experienced marketers across all major marketing functions, including teams in various regions. You will be part of the Growth Marketing team, which encompasses Demand Generation, Marketing Operations, Field Marketing, Category Marketing, and Partner Marketing. The team follows a hybrid work model, balancing in-office and remote work.
