Objective:

Your primary objective will be to enhance our marketing and sales initiatives through comprehensive data analysis, process enhancement, and technology integration. You will serve as the key resource for leadership seeking insights into top-of-funnel metrics. By leveraging your expertise in data and marketing, you will establish and manage critical performance indicators such as pipeline stages, conversion rates, ROI, and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate reports and conduct analyses on all top-of-funnel activities, focusing on stages, conversion rates, CAC, ROI, and more.
  • Evaluate campaign performance data to optimize marketing expenditures and drive sustainable revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with various departments to integrate marketing systems and tools, ensuring measurable progress.
  • Transform the marketing team's creative concepts into trackable, actionable data through operational support.
  • Build and maintain relationships with management across the organization, becoming their trusted source for data-driven insights.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Over 5 years of experience in marketing operations or a comparable role.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar software.
  • Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Slides.
  • Demonstrated expertise in HubSpot, encompassing both CRM and marketing automation functionalities.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, with a talent for translating complex data sets into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented approach, emphasizing process optimization and automation.
