Key Responsibilities:

  • Outline and implement project scope, objectives, and deliverables that align with organizational needs.
  • Assemble project teams (both directly and indirectly) and effectively coordinate team members to enhance productivity and project timelines.
  • Establish and uphold Waterfall or Agile project frameworks as necessary to achieve project objectives.
  • Provide updates on progress, risks, and escalations appropriately across all levels of the organization, or among various departments and business units.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 1-3 years of experience in managing enterprise-level projects, especially those that involve organizational or full business unit transformations.
  • Proficient in defining and executing change management strategies.
  • Capable of influencing and managing external resources within a complex matrix environment.
  • Able to navigate competing priorities within a single project with a positive and proactive approach.
  • Strong analytical skills to address intricate business challenges.
