Position Summary:
We are seeking a Lead Project Manager to join our Corporate Transformation Office. In this role, you will be instrumental in executing various initiatives that drive organizational change and growth. Reporting to the Chief Transformation Officer, you will oversee the progress of initiatives aligned with our transformation strategy, ensuring projects are delivered with speed and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiative Execution: Collaborate with stakeholders to support the execution of initiatives within the Corporate Transformation Office, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Lead cross-functional teams to drive transformation efforts, meeting defined scope, budget, and timelines.
  • Project Oversight: Employ established project management methodologies to ensure successful initiative completion. Manage timelines, budgets, and resource allocation effectively. Develop comprehensive project plans to monitor progress and maintain standardized processes and reporting functions.
  • Progress Monitoring and Risk Mitigation: Implement tracking mechanisms to oversee various initiatives, identifying potential risks and proactively developing solutions. Define success measures, milestones, and dependencies.
  • Quality Control: Maintain a strong emphasis on delivering high-quality projects, ensuring all outputs meet or exceed stakeholder expectations.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, facilitating collaboration to achieve collective success. Work cross-functionally to address challenges and implement necessary changes.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and drive opportunities for process enhancements within the Corporate Transformation Office, fostering a culture of innovation.
  • Representation: Act as a representative for initiatives conducted by the four pillars, effectively communicating updates and challenges to key stakeholders. Analyze work plans and develop progress reports to manage pipeline prioritization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in managing cross-functional projects, particularly in a corporate transformation context.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging stakeholders effectively.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to navigate challenges in a dynamic environment.
  • PMP or relevant certifications are advantageous. Familiarity with project tracking tools is preferred.
