Role Responsibilities:

We are seeking a Lead Project Manager to join our Corporate Transformation Office. In this role, you will be instrumental in facilitating the execution of various initiatives aimed at promoting organizational change and growth. Reporting to the Chief Transformation Officer, you will oversee the advancement of initiatives across the four pillars of our transformation strategy. Your emphasis will be on ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and effectively, contributing to the successful realization of our transformation goals.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Initiative Facilitation: Provide extensive support for the execution of initiatives within the Corporate Transformation Office, collaborating closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic objectives. Lead cross-functional teams to drive transformation initiatives that meet scope, budget, and timeline requirements.
  • Project Oversight: Employ established project management methodologies to ensure the successful completion of initiatives, managing timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for optimal efficiency. Develop comprehensive project plans to monitor and track progress while maintaining standardized processes and reporting functions.
  • Progress Monitoring and Risk Mitigation: Implement effective tracking systems to oversee the progress of various initiatives with significant scope and impact. Identify potential risks and proactively devise solutions to mitigate them, defining success measures, milestones, dependencies, and issues.
  • Quality Control: Maintain a strong commitment to delivering projects with excellence, ensuring that all outputs meet or exceed quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Build and nurture relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels, facilitating collaboration to drive collective success. Work across functions to resolve issues and implement changes while effectively managing stakeholder relationships.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements within the Corporate Transformation Office, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Representation: Act as a representative for initiatives conducted by the four pillars to the Transformation Office, effectively communicating updates, achievements, and challenges to key stakeholders.
Qualifications:

What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience managing cross-functional projects, preferably in a corporate transformation or change management context.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders effectively.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proactive mindset with a demonstrated ability to anticipate and address challenges in a dynamic environment.
  • PMP or other relevant certifications are advantageous. Familiarity with project tracking tools is preferred.
