As a Program Manager within Xometry, you will play a pivotal role in steering and ensuring the successful delivery of critical programs and initiatives across the organization. This position involves collaboration with diverse teams to guarantee that projects are executed punctually, within defined parameters, and aligned with corporate objectives. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with extensive experience in managing intricate programs, ideally within the automotive sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee project plans that align with both customer and internal specifications.
  • Lead a cross-functional program team to achieve product, quality, and budget targets.
  • Define and implement program initiatives aimed at enhancing quality, delivery, and financial performance, providing hands-on support as necessary.
  • Evaluate and manage program execution, effectively addressing and escalating issues as they arise.
  • Collaborate with customers and functional teams to resolve program-related challenges.
  • Communicate program status through regular updates and reviews with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Utilize various data management systems, including but not limited to Xometry ERP, Salesforce, Tableau, Looker, and financial tracking tools.
  • Document program activities in accordance with Xometry and customer standards, utilizing Xometry ERP and project management tools like ASANA.
  • Focus on achieving outcomes, ensuring flawless launch metrics related to customer experience, program timeline adherence, delivery, quality objectives, and financial results.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Proficient multitasker with a hands-on approach.
  • Comprehensive experience in the manufacturing sector, particularly in CNC, sheet metal, stamping, die casting, and extrusions.
  • Strong facilitator and adept problem solver.
  • Exceptional verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
  • Customer service-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to travel to manufacturing and client locations as needed.
  • Ability to facilitate technical, manufacturing, and engineering problem-solving by leveraging expertise from key stakeholders.
  • PMP certification is preferred.
