Position: Cloud Solutions Program Manager

The Health IT Division within the Leidos Digital Modernization Sector is seeking an experienced Cloud Solutions Program Manager to spearhead technical teams in transitioning on-premise IT infrastructures to multi-cloud and hybrid environments for Federal Health clients. This role requires the management of intricate, multi-disciplinary projects in a forward-thinking environment, collaborating with various Cloud Service Providers (CSPs) such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and Microsoft Azure. The successful candidate will oversee Security, Development, and Operations (SecDevOps) teams to deliver robust and scalable solutions. This role is pivotal in improving the organization's efficiency, scalability, and security through effective collaboration with stakeholders and partners to facilitate seamless transitions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Formulate a comprehensive project plan for cloud migration, detailing scope, timeline, budget, and resource needs.

2. Establish project milestones and deliverables, track progress, and modify plans as required.

3. Coordinate cross-functional teams and oversee overall contract operations.

4. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

5. Lead the selection and negotiation processes with cloud service providers and manage vendor partnerships.

6. Identify and mitigate project risks, ensure adherence to security protocols, and manage changes effectively.

7. Evaluate post-migration performance and refine cloud solutions to adapt to changing requirements.

Essential Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years of managerial experience in IT infrastructure initiatives.

- Demonstrated success in managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.

- Proficiency in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and IT service delivery.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.

- PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and ITIL Foundations certification.

Desirable Qualifications:

- Master's degree in a relevant discipline and experience with programs for the National Institutes of Health (NIH).

- Additional certifications in pertinent areas such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), CISSP, Google Cloud Professional, Azure Solutions Architect, and AWS Solutions Architect.
