Position: Cloud Program Manager

The Digital Modernization Sector within the Health IT Division at Leidos is seeking an experienced Cloud Program Manager to spearhead technical teams in transitioning on-premise IT infrastructures to multi-cloud and hybrid environments for Federal Health clients. This role is pivotal in managing a complex, multi-disciplinary delivery within a forward-thinking work environment, collaborating with various Cloud Service Providers (CSPs) such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and Microsoft Azure. The successful candidate will oversee Security, Development, and Operations (SecDevOps) Teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions. This role is essential in enhancing the organization's efficiency, scalability, and security through collaboration with stakeholders and partners to facilitate a seamless transition.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop a comprehensive project plan for cloud migration, detailing scope, timeline, budget, and resource needs.

2. Define project milestones and deliverables, track progress, and modify plans as required.

3. Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage overall contract operations.

4. Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

5. Lead the selection and negotiation process with cloud service providers while managing vendor relationships.

6. Identify and mitigate project risks, ensure adherence to security requirements, and manage changes effectively.

7. Monitor post-migration performance and optimize cloud solutions to adapt to evolving needs.

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree and 8+ years of managerial experience in IT infrastructure projects.

- Proven experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.

- Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and IT delivery methodologies.

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.

- PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and ITIL Foundations certification.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Master's degree in a relevant field and experience with programs related to the National Institutes of Health (NIH).

- Additional certifications in relevant areas such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), CISSP, Google Cloud Professional, Azure Solutions Architect, and AWS Solutions Architect.
