Strategic Procurement Operations Manager

Role Overview: The Strategic Procurement Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in enhancing the efficiency of the NPI and supplier management teams through effective support in daily operations and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate and support Performance Management, Training & Competency Development, and Business Improvement projects.
  • Promote alignment and collaboration by sharing best practices and operational methodologies with Business Support and Training & Competency teams across various locations.
  • Engage in NPI, Sourcing, Logistics, and Quality Supplier management.
  • Transform performance data into actionable insights through visuals, reports, and dashboards.
  • Drive process enhancements and tool improvements.
  • Lead and sustain organizational development initiatives within S&SC, focusing on competency and training enhancement, performance management, and structural improvements.
  • Develop and implement KPI dashboards, ensuring accurate reporting.
  • Support Supplier Account Teams with relevant analytical data.
  • Conduct cost analysis and compliance reporting.
  • Design and develop training programs.
  • Oversee process introductions, improvements, and compliance measures.
  • Manage change effectively.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree is required, accompanied by relevant experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years in Learning & Development, Performance Management, or a similar support role.
  • Demonstrated project management capabilities with exceptional organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
  • Strong presentation skills, with the ability to tailor content to diverse audiences.
  • A commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
  • Experience in an organizational or technical training environment is preferred.
  • Background in project management is advantageous.
  • Experience in the semiconductor, manufacturing, or technical sectors is desirable.

Analytical and project management skills are necessary to manage multiple priorities and resources according to detailed project plans.
