Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 3+ years, or a PhD in Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital transformation, supply chain management operations, and data analysis.
  • Strong expertise in business intelligence and data analytics tools, with a preference for hands-on experience in statistical methodologies.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly finance-related modules, is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of finance and accounting principles is a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management, process innovation, and change management.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a commitment to continuous improvement in supply chain processes.
  • A creative and innovative mindset, with a willingness to explore new ideas and adapt to change.
  • A collaborative approach, building relationships and offering support while welcoming diverse perspectives.
