Position Overview

This opportunity may be based in various major cities.

We are looking for a proactive consulting expert to join our Crisis and Security Consulting division. This role involves engaging with clients and delivering consulting projects within our security risk advisory practice. The position is designed for a fee-generating consultant who will assist clients and collaborate with team members across a diverse array of projects, particularly emphasizing security risk management, risk evaluations, and security program development and assessment.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement
  • Manage projects across a wide spectrum of security, intelligence, and risk management sectors, including tasks such as maturity assessments, gap analyses, program and organizational design, policy/governance development and execution, training sessions, and physical security assessments.
  • Assist in crafting and delivering presentations or other communications for senior-level stakeholders.
  • Maintain expertise in the security sector, disseminating knowledge throughout the organization and enhancing the department's documentation and methodologies.
  • Contribute to the creation of project proposals and sales presentations.
Qualifications and Experience

Knowledge and Skills
  • 2-5 years of experience in a global security organization or consulting firm.
  • Comprehensive understanding of security programs.
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality solutions, including written reports and oral training sessions.
  • Familiarity with corporate security, risk management, crisis response, or intelligence programs is preferred.
  • Experience in developing corporate security policies and procedures is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of travel security, executive protection, event security, supply chain security, and/or security investigations is desirable.
  • Experience with data analytics, risk modeling, or similar quantitative analysis is a plus.
Educational Background and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time, often on short notice.
  • Flexibility regarding work schedules and periods of high workload.
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication abilities.
  • Strong report writing, presentation, project management, time management, and prioritization skills.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks and balance competing demands while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
  • Critical thinking and analytical problem-solving skills; innovative and eager to thrive in a creative and dynamic environment.
  • Confident, solution-oriented, and possessing a positive outlook.
  • High standards of integrity, loyalty, and discretion.
