Position Title: Security Solutions Sales Consultant – CCTV, Access Control & Fire Systems

Role Summary:

As a Security Solutions Sales Consultant, you will be tasked with developing and marketing innovative security and fire alarm solutions tailored to meet diverse customer needs.

  • Design and present multiple proposals that align with customer objectives, requirements, and budget constraints.
  • Identify and develop security and fire alarm solutions for prospective clients.
  • Establish and nurture strong customer relationships to enhance loyalty and retention.
  • Exhibit the ability to close sales by emphasizing value rather than price.
  • Encourage collaboration and foster positive relationships with clients.
  • Maintain customer rapport by addressing complaints, identifying solutions, and recommending enhancements.
  • Safeguard customer confidentiality by managing sensitive information appropriately.
  • Enhance job knowledge through continuous education and professional development.

Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients in high-pressure situations.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
  • Experience in Security Sales or Fire Alarm Sales, with a solid understanding of local regulations.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and negotiation capabilities.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of sales and marketing strategies.
  • Strong presentation and demonstration skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Stay informed about market trends and product developments.
  • Proficient in computer applications, particularly MS Office 365.

Work Environment / Physical Demands:

  • Office setting: Regularly involves sitting, standing, walking, bending, and occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs.
