KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Discover and pursue new business prospects within the designated region.
- Build and sustain relationships with current clients to guarantee ongoing business.
- Deliver pre-sales technical support and product training.
- Collaborate with clients to comprehend their unique requirements and customize solutions accordingly.
- Support the design and execution of client-specific applications.
- Diagnose and resolve client issues in conjunction with the technical support team.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their questions and concerns.
- Keep precise records of sales activities, client interactions, and project specifics.
- Compile regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or a related discipline) or equivalent technical experience.
- A minimum of two years of experience in sales and/or design within the commercial air handling sector.
- Familiarity with CAD software or other engineering design tools.
- Understanding of industry-specific regulations and standards.
