Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in nonprofit management, public administration, social work, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of senior leadership experience in a nonprofit organization or related field.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, fundraising, and strategic planning skills; excellent communication, interpersonal, and public speaking skills; demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders; strong organizational and project management skills; ability to think creatively and innovatively to solve problems and meet community needs.
