Apparel Designer

Mud Pie is seeking an experienced apparel designer to contribute to the Women's division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fashion design, with a focus on accessories. This role will report to the Director of Design and will be responsible for creating designs that align with the company's aesthetic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of current fashion trends and consumer behavior.
• Collaborate with the Women's Design team to create biannual collections that meet the company's quality and style standards.
• Source and select fabrics and trims that meet the company's requirements.
• Work closely with overseas vendors to execute designs and ensure timely delivery.
• Develop and maintain technical design packs for apparel and accessories.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Design or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a fashion design role.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Suite.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
