Customer Success Manager

At Secureworks, we're committed to helping our customers achieve their goals and drive business value. As a Customer Success Manager, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our customers get the most out of our software and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our strategic accounts, understanding their unique needs and goals.
  • Develop and execute customized plans to drive customer adoption, usage, and satisfaction, ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes.
  • Provide continuous education and support to customers on our product portfolio, including new features and enhancements.
  • Conduct regular Security Protection Reviews (SPRs) to ensure customers are engaged, products are being used effectively, and business goals are being met.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to synthesize customer feedback and inform product enhancements.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4+ years' experience in Customer Success or equivalent history of increasing customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working in a SaaS environment.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in network security or related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience leading presentations to external customers, managing accounts, and interacting with C-suite management and technical personnel.
