Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with our Customer Success team to support customers in transitioning from sales prospects to active users of our products.
Key Responsibilities- Interact with existing customers on a regular basis to understand their challenges and implement policies and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Design and provide group and 1:1 training sessions for customers on how to use Voovio's tools and features.
- Document and track operator performance on simulation modules and collect other performance data for customer champions.
- Assist our operations team in documenting and reviewing customer performance, helping to obtain and analyze business case data, and attending customer meetings to demonstrate our Enhanced Reality tools.
- Establish and maintain positive long-term relationships with key client accounts and strategic partners.
- Ensure customers receive fast and successful responses to issues and questions.
- Support customers with IT challenges and collect and communicate customer feedback to our Development team to enhance our product line.
- Liaise closely with our U.S. Sales & Operations teams on project development and identify new opportunities with customers.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Manufacturing or process industry related experience.
- Computer literacy and familiarity with standard software tools.
- Valid U.S. passport and legal status to work in the U.S.
