Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team at Honda Aircraft Company. As a key member of our HR team, you will collaborate with business partners to implement strategic initiatives that drive continuous improvement, enhance employee engagement, and provide positive business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with senior leadership to interpret, define, communicate, and implement HR policies, procedures, laws, standards, and government regulations.
  • Provide HR guidance and support to leaders, including coaching, counseling, career development, performance improvement, and disciplinary actions.
  • Manage and resolve conflict resolution issues, ethics complaints, and other employee relations matters.
  • Support the development and facilitation of training programs for the employee population.
  • Assist with benefit and policy questions, and serve as an HR point of contact for employees.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, business, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred.
  • 3 years' experience in human resources, including HR business partner experience.
  • Excellent consulting, conflict management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of labor relations, employment law compliance, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to interact with employees at all levels and manage multiple priorities.
Working Conditions

This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent interactions with employees at all levels. The incumbent must be able to stand, sit, squat, walk, bend, climb ladders, move, reach, or stretch for prolonged periods, with no restrictions. The role also requires the ability to read, hear, speak, and see with no restrictions, and to comprehend and adhere to management directions and safety instructions.
